We recommend four Inspections per month. Every situation is different so you may want to customize your service to more or less visits. 

Fees are based on the Property square footage and the lot size. Fees range from $45 to $90 per visit. The typical home in the 2000sq. ft. range with four visits per month would be $200 per month. There is a $100 to $200 set up fee, depending on size of property, which is due in advance.

The set up fee is due in advance. The monthly Home Watch fees are due on the first of the month, preferably paid by Auto Draft. All other service fees are due on completion.

Yes, there is a twelve month agreement. If we haven't provided the service you deserve, you can give us a 30 day notice to cancel the agreement. You will be responsible for any expenses we incurred and were not previously reimbursed to us.

Absolutely not!

We give you a firm estimate of services we provide. If there is a large amount of material needed for the job, you will be required to pay for the material upfront. Payment is due upon completion. You will receive photos of all completed work along with the invoice. You can make all payments online, preferably ACH.

Normal Business Hours are 9am-5pm M-F and 9am-1pm on Saturday. I take appointments anytime except on Sunday. We are Closed on Sunday.
