Home Watch is a Visual Inspection of a Home or Property, Looking for Obvious Issues.
Our Home Watch Services consist of Weekly Inspections (2-4 visits per month) by the Company Owner to ensure all aspects of your property are well maintained. Home Watch Visit Reports include general security, interior, exterior, mail retrieval, pest control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool service and landscape maintenance. BeSafe HomeWatch keeps your house in check! Your home will always be ready for you to enjoy the Emerald Coast Life! No "To Do" Lists when you arrive. We can customize a program to fit your specific needs. Home Watch Clients Receive Top Priority on All of our Services!
You will receive a Home Watch Visit Report by email shortly after the Home Visit. If there are any critical issues, you will receive a phone call or text while I'm still on your property. Any photos will be sent to you by text.

Home Interior
- Check overall condition of the home.
- Check for stains, mold, mildew and signs of water leaks: ceilings, walls, windows and doors.
- Check all lights and ceiling fans. Bulbs replaced for an additional cost.
- Check for signs of pest intrusion.
- Secure all windows and doors.
- Check Circuit Breakers and reset if needed.
- Operate garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
- Check refrigerators and freezers.
- Reset clocks if needed.
- Flush all toilets.
- Check thermostat, humidifiers and HVAC for proper operation. Filters replaced for an additional cost.
- Reset security system on departure.
Home Exterior
- Walk the perimeter and check overall condition.
- Check for landscaping and irrigation problems.
- Check for pool problems.
- Check windows, screens and doors for damage or signs of intrusion.
- Remove mail from mailbox.
- Check exterior walls and trim for signs of maintenance issues.
- Check garage and test garage doors.
- Check exterior lighting and replace bulbs for an additional cost.
- Check fences and walls.
- Check decks, porches, patios, driveways, sidewalks and steps for safety and maintenance issues.
- Check for insect or pest intrusion.
- Check boat dock for problems. Visual Inspection of boats and personal watercraft for an additional cost.
Home Watch Pricing
Our Recommended Basic Services are offered at base rates. We can customize our services to fit your needs. Every home is Unique. Some need a higher degree of care. More visits, less visits or include routine maintenance. There is a Minimum of two visits per month. Many of our clients include auto starting, changing air filters and pool service. Home Watch Service payments are billed and due in advance on the first of the month.
- Includes all Interior and Exterior Inspections.
- New Client Setup Fee determined by property size. (Includes detailed walkthrough of home, key duplication and account setup).
- Photos and checklists are emailed after each visit. Owners are immediately contacted in the event repairs are needed.
