What BeSafe HomeWatch Visits Include:

Home Interior

• Check overall condition of the home.
• Check for stains, mold, mildew and signs of water leaks: ceilings, walls, windows and doors.
• Check for signs of pest intrusion.
• Secure all windows and doors.
• Check Circuit Breakers and reset if needed.
• Operate garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
• Check refrigerators and freezers.
• Reset clocks if needed.
• Flush all toilets.
• Check thermostat, humidifiers and HVAC for proper operation.
• Reset security system on departure.

Home Exterior

• Walk the perimeter and check overall condition.
• Check for landscaping and irrigation problems.
• Check windows, screens and doors for damage or signs of intrusion.
• Remove mail from mailbox.
• Check exterior walls and trim for signs of maintenance issues.
• Check garage and test garage doors.
• Check exterior lighting and replace bulbs for additional costs.
• Check fences and walls.
• Check decks, porches, patios sidewalks and steps for safety and maintenance issues.
• Check for insect or pest intrusion.
• You can include a list of items that will be checked to make sure they are still on the premises.

Inspection Services Pricing

Our Recommended Basic Services are offered at base rates. We can customize our services to fit your needs. More visits, less visits or include routine maintenance. Travel Time to property may result in a higher rates. 

Condo's 1500 sq. ft. or less:

• Includes all Interior and Exterior Inspections that pertain to condos.
• New Client Setup Fee $100 (Includes first home walkthrough, key duplication and account setup).
•  Photos and checklists are emailed after each visit. Owners are immediately contacted in the event repairs are needed. 
• $120/month for 2 visits per month
• $240/month for 4 visits per month

Condo's above 1500 sq. ft.:  Please Contact Us for a Custom Estimate.

Detached Single Family Homes 2000 sq. ft. or less, Lot Size of 10,000 sq. ft. or less:

• Includes all Interior and Exterior Inspections listed above.
• New Client Setup Fee $100 (Includes first home walkthrough, key duplication and account setup).
• Photos and checklists are emailed after each visit. Owners are immediately contacted in the event repairs are needed. 
• $120/month for 2 visits per month
• $240/month for 4 visits per month

Detached Single Family Homes 2000 sq. ft. to 4500 sq. ft. , Lot Size 15,000 sq. ft. or less:

• Includes all Interior and Exterior Inspections listed above.
• New Client Setup Fee $100, depending on sq. ft., (Includes first home walkthrough, key duplication and account setup).
• Photos and checklists are emailed after each visit. Owners are immediately contacted in the event repairs are needed. 
• $150-$300/month for 2 visits per month
• $300-$600/month for 4 visits per month
